OnePlus 6 was a huge success in China as well as out of China in the United States, but one limiting factor it came with is it was an unlocked device and OnePlus retails all its devices unlocked that means only GSM carriers are supported. This means only GSM carriers such as AT&T, T-Mobile, and other subsidiaries, but the upcoming OnePlus 6T is suggested that it will work on Verizon carriers as well.
According to the report, the upcoming OnePlus 6T might work with Verizon Carriers as well. If this by any means is legit, there will a great news for all Verizon customers as they will get an ability to use OnePlus device seamlessly without changing their Carriers.
One thing to notice is that it can be LTE only model on Verizon networks. This means the only LTE and VOLTE will work on the device and no 3G or 2G will be supported. Now, this is a great and at the same time a big problem for some people. It’s great that with VOLTE the calls will be clearer and crisp unlike on 3G network.
Other than this, the OnePlus 6T is said to come with LTE band 13 and will be a great pair with Verizon’s LTE network.
Now with the biggest network in the United States, Verizon Networks working with the OnePlus 6T many people may consider this device over others as for many the Carrier is a deciding factor.
