Chinese Manufacturer Meizu has announced the Meizu X8 which will go on sale on October 15 and will stack in some really good specifications and features. So let’s take a dip in its details.
Meizu X8 is one of the very few smartphones which comes with the latest Qualcomm Snapdragon 710 chipset. Now it’s not that we didn’t saw this chipset in any other smartphones but there are only a few smartphones which are not even released yet.
The Meizu X8 will come in three variants, the 4GB RAM/ 64GB Storage, 6GB RAM/ 64GB Storage, and a 6GB RAM/ 128GB Storage variants.
The Smartphone features a 6.2-inch FullHD+ (1080×2220 pixels) display with a notch on the top of the display.
It comes with a dual 12-megapixel + 5-megapixel rear camera setup and 20-megapixel single camera setup on the back. It also has a LED flashlight above the cameras.
The Fingerprint scanner is placed below the camera lenses. The smartphone runs on Android Oreo 8.0 with Meizu’s custom UI ‘Flyme UI’ on top of it. It is powered by a 3,210 mAh battery which should last a whole working day.
The Meizu X8 base variant starts at CNY 1,798($259) all the way up to CNY 1,998($288) and it will be available on October 15 at 10 AM local time.
