The Chinese Smartphone Manufacturer Vivo Recently announced the launch of it’s all new Z series of new age device’s, mainly comprising of mid-range phones. Now, the company has officially launched the first smartphone in the new “Z Series” dubbed the Vivo Z1 in China. This all new smartphone from Vivo also comes with a display notch as well as an amazing dual rear camera set-up as it’s main highlights. The newly launched ‘Vivo Z1′ Smartphone will most probably go on sale in China in the coming few months or “even sooner”.
The Upcoming Vivo Z1 Smartphone sport a 6.28-inch IPS display along with a pixel resolution of 2,280 x 1,080 and an aspect ratio of 19:9 in order to accommodate the display notch on the top side. Under The Hood, the smartphone is powered by the Qualcomm Snapdragon 660 14nm ‘Octa Core’ chipset paired with an Adreno 512 GPU. In terms of the storage, there is 4GB of RAM and 64GB of internal storage that is further expandable upto around 256GB via a MicroSD Card. The smartphone also features a fingerprint sensor mounted on the rear side mainly for security purpose.
Coming to the camera department of the smartphone, the Vivo Z1 features a dual rear camera set-up consisting of a 13MP primary sensor and a pretty decent 2MP secondary sensor with an LED Flashlight. On the front Side, there is a 12 megapixel selfie camera for all the selfie lovers out there. The smartphone runs on Funtouch OS 4.0 based on the latest Android V8.1 Oreo straight out of the box. The battery capacity of the smartphone is 3,260mAh. The device also comes with almost all of the connectivity options such as the dual hybrid SIM, 4G VoLTE, Wi-Fi, a Bluetooth 5 and an astonishingly great “GPS Feature”.
As of now, the new “Vivo Z1″ Smartphone only comes in about three colour variants -black, blue or red. The pre-orders for the smartphone have already started in China and will reportedly go on sale in China on June 14 at a starting price of around RMB 1,798, which is roughly around RS.19,200
