Xiaomi CEO Lei Jun Reportedly Confirms July Launch For The Xiaomi Mi Max 3

The Chinese Smartphone Manufacturer Xiaomi has now started to send out the invites for their upcoming 2018 Annual Product Launch event, which will most probably be held at the end of this year. The company is also expected to launch the much awaited 8th Anniversary Edition of their flagship smartphone the Xiaomi Mi 8 as well as the Mi 7 smartphone at the very same Event. Many Speculations also suggested that the Xiaomi Mi Max 3 is also expected to launch at the same Event. Just recently, Xiaomi’s CEO Lei Jun reportedly confirmed on a Chinese social platform popularly called “Weibo” that the Mi Max 3 is most likely to be launched in the month of July, which is pretty close.

According to the information provided by the earlier leaks and rumors, the Mi Max 3 smartphone is expected to sport a 6.99 inch full HD+ display with an aspect ratio of 18:9. Under the hood, the smartphone is expected to be powered by the not yet announced Qualcomm Snapdragon 636 processor. However, it is also very highly possible that Xiaomi might launch about two different Variants of the smartphone with second one of the variant using the 660 SoC from Qualcomm. The Xiaomi is also expected to launch the “Mi Max 3″ in two different Variants – 3GB RAM + 64GB storage and 4GB RAM + 128GB storage.

In terms of the camera department, the Mi Max 3 offers a 12 megapixel camera on rear side along with quite an amazing 5 megapixel front camera for all the selfie lovers out there. As per a leaked firmware the Upcoming Mi Max 3 might also come with an iris scanner for security purposes along with a fingerprint sensor mounted on the rear side. The firmware also hinted that the Smartphone will come with the wireless charging Feature mainly in order to power the massive 5,500mAh battery. Not to forget, this is the biggest battery to be incorporated on a Xiaomi Device Ever. If we talk about the software department the smartphone will run on the MIUI V9.0 based on currently the latest Android 8.1. As of now, the Mi Max 3 Smartphone is expected to come at a price of ₹17,000.
