Meizu has finally launched it’s most awaited and hyped smartphone, the Meizu E3 in the Chinese market. Earlier, the photos of the Meizu E3 was Leaked online as well as also through the listing website AnTuTu, revealing the major specifications of the phone.
The Meizu E3 has a 5.99 inch display with an aspect ratio of 18:9. The phone is backed by the Snapdragon 636 processor with 6GB of RAM and 64GB/128GB of internal storage. The phone comes with Android 7.1 nougat straight out of the box.
Regarding the detailed specifications and features, the Meizu E3 includes a 5.9 inch screen display with a 2.5D glass curving on the edges of the phone. The 5.9 inch screen is a full HD+ resolution display with an aspect ratio of 18:9 and comes with about 83% coverage of the NTSC Colour Gamut. The Meizu E3 is backed by the Snapdragon 636 octa core processor clocked at 1.8GhZ and also includes an adreno 509 GPU.
Currently, the phone comes in two variants, which includes a high end expensive version and a low range cheaper version. The expensive version comes with 6GB of RAM and 128GB of internal storage, while the cheaper version comes with 6GB of RAM and 64GB of Internal Storage For the Phone. The sad part about this phone is that it still comes with Android Nougat straight out of the box with many of the Flyme OS 6.3 customisations.
For the camera part of the phone, the Meizu E3 features an impressive dual camera set-up on the rear side of the phone which consists of a 12 megapixel primary sensor and a secondary sensor of 20 megapixel. Both the primary and secondary camera sensor includes a ƒ/1.9 aperture and ƒ/2.6 aperture, respectively. The front camera of the phone features an 8 megapixel camera, which is considerably good for taking selfies. The battery for the phone is a 3360mAh battery with support to fast charging. The phone also includes a fingerprint sensor on the back side of the phone just under the camera part.
The Meizu E3 will be available for pre-order from 26th of March, 2018 and will officially go on sale in China from March 31st, 2018. The cheaper variant of the phone is priced at CNY 1,799 in China, while the expensive variant is priced at CNY 1,999 in China.
